We are a new enterprise user in the first few days of having gone live.
I am quickly starting to worry about storage issues. Namely we'll use the BCC dropbox often - many of these emails will have brochures attached which could equal upto 5MB.
Should we continue this for weeks or months we'll soon need TB's of storage.
My question is - is there a way for the attachments of emails to be stripped before they are placed on file. It would be good to have a record of the email but don't need the attachment stored. Or is there another way we could work simply to record the outgoing email.
