It says that Zoho Business offers 1GB per user. We have 25+ users so that is 25GB, I was wondering if more than 1 GB can be used by 1 person. We have lots of documents we would like uploaded to Zoho, and require 1 person to do it, can that person do that, or will they be stopped at 1GB.

Also I was interested in the backup features, is everything backedup and if anything goes wrong, where can backups be retrieved from?
