Storage Limit Exceeded - how to remove files?

I'm a bit confused about document storage with Zoho CRM.

Our Free account has 100MB of storage.

When I check Setup >> Data Analytics >> Storage Usage, it says we have 100MB storage, 1.94MB Used and 98.6MB Free.

These are the totals for 2 users, one who has 'used' 1.94MB and the other 0.00MB.

I know we have used much more space than this, so there is obviously some anomaly in the Data Storage reporting.

However, when adding more Email Templates yesterday, each with a PDF attachment, I got the following message:

"File Storage Limit Exceeded

You have exceeded your file storage limit of 100 MB bytes. If you like to upgrade your file storage limit please click here. Or delete unwanted attachments."

I know that the PDF attachments we have in use do not add up to anywhere near 100MB, so I suspect that every time we upload a revised version with the same file name it does not write over the previous version and reuse the storage allocation, but simply uses up even more of the storage allocation.

I cannot find any way of viewing the stored files in order to remove the unwanted ones. There is nothing in the documentation or Forums about this, as far as I can see.

Does anyone know how to remove unwanted files from the 100MB storage? (Just to be clear, I am not talking about removing attachments from the email templates, but removing unwanted files from the document storage allocation).

The Recycle Bin is empty, so this is not the cause of the problem (as the contents of the Recycle Bin use part of the storage allocation).

Anyone know about this, please?
