Storage limit reached

Storage limit reached

Hi,

I'm on the free plan for Zoho Docs for now.

When I try to save a file into a shared folder I get the following message:


I went to check out the storage details of my folder but it seems like it didn't register the correct amount of used data:

What I then did was check out the size of the shared folder in Windows and as you can see it's way less than the 5GB you get as a free user:



Can you please check out what's going on? Thank you
