Hi, I'm new on Zoho :-) we sell products directly (B2C) and through a network of agencies (B2B) and would like to implement a communication plan for both the targets.

B2C database include also customers of our network and we'd like that communications sent to fthese customers include name and address of the their preferred agency. 

I wonder if this is feasible in Zoho. Many thanks for your feedback
