Storage space almost full

Can you please offer your users a better, more efficient way to manage storage and attachments than:

Step 1: Log in to your Zoho CRM account.

Step 2: Navigate through the records and delete the attachments that you do not need.


And I don't mean by purchasing additional storage. 

Perhaps add a way to filter records by "size of attachments greater than <variable>".

and/or

A way to sort records by storage used.
