Please can somebody explain what the storage space on Zoho is for?
I am using Zoho for one of my clients everyday, sending emails with attachments etc (I do not use Zoho email as I have outlook). I have two other users registered to this Free Zoho account who never use it but it shows that I have used 0.00mb of data whilst my colleague - who never uses Zoho has used 9.76mb?
My other colleague who uses a completely separate Free version of Zoho and also uses Outlook as opposed to Zoho mail but sends attachments through Zoho as I do. He has reached his data Limit of 256mb and can no longer send emails with attachments, without paying Zoho for the privilege of having extra data. I have deleted his recycle bin, successfully clearing approx 1 nano-byte of space and he still cannot send attachments.
Is there any methods of clearing this storage space so that my colleague can continue working and also I would like some clarity on what this space is used for, considering it is something which has a cost implication, further clarity needed.
