Storing data for the long term

Dearr Zoho friends,

I would like to have a suggestion from you as to how I can efficiently store data created in my zoho creator applications. I have been using creator for about two years and generally I have a very good impression of the service except for one point, I don't know how to store effectively information created in my applications for the long term.

Considering the subscription limits the number of records, eventually these have to be exported and stored somewhere else for long term tracking of business data, I am now in the point where this is a critical issue for me. I have considered using excell but clearly this is not very convenient. I have also considered creating an access database locally where I store my information but then having two parallel databases seems a waste of time and effort. Going through these Ideas, the use of SharePoint 365 started to become an interesting solution considering this option provides enough memory for presumably a lot of information, but then paying both SharePoint 365 and zoho creator seem also not a good idea if SharePoint can be used to create web apps as well. For me both prices are similar for the number of users I have (5).

Though I am not an expert on database solutions I definitely need a long term solution for my business' data. Before considering an option away from Zoho creator I wanted to ask for your ideas here. 

What is your professional advice for a " convenient" long term data storage solution that can be combined with my zoho creator applications?
