I'd like advices on best design strategies within ZOHO CRM, in order to manage Multiple types of contacts with specific info on each type.
As a lead or Contact Forms are the same for all Leads and contacts, and there is no subforms per type as it could be done under ZOHO Creator , what's the best way to approach this issue and keep on using ZOHO CRM native features.
For example is it better to create different sections in a form or create custom modules.
An example could be in a real estate business, one have to manage three types of contacts : Buyers,Sellers, Partners.
Each of them have specific data, and i want to keep track of calls and emails and perform specific surveys on each type of contact and auto populate thanks to Zoho Survey with the specific collected data.
