Dear Zoho,
In order to log in to my account I need to first access the Zoho webpage; then choose to log in to my account; log into my account; and finally once I have logged into my account I must also choose where I will first access.
Compared to other services, the process is unnecessarily too long. Place a menu for clients to log in immediately as they arrive at the site. Also, perhaps allowing clients to choose to be directed to their mailbox upon logging in or, simply disallow clients to make an option so that once they log in they will automatically arrive at their mailbox and if they choose to visit a different feature they do so via a convenient yet discreet menu.
