This is the first time I write on the Zoho CRM's board.
I was noticing on my settings there is feature that if brought to the table might be really interesting to use.
1) Captcha. The captcha we use ask for a numeric digit. I am afraid to lose leads just for a number. So i was thinking, is it possible to use something similar to Google's "i am a human being" to avoid spam from bots who mess the CRM up?
2) String for "Preferred contact". Sometimes i have perplexities about how to reach up leads if they are giving email, skype and phone. So, isn't possible to have a "Preferred contact" string in which i do understand how people want to be kept in touch without bothering them on the less preferred medium.
Do somebody have something similar? How to activate them in that case?
