Struggling to understand what POP mail is going to give me.
I bought the product after the trial only to find out that the version I bought did not include IMAP. Felt this somewhat disengenuous as I attended all the webexes etc and it was never mentioned.
Anyway before I cancel my subscription I am trying to find out exactly what POP
will give me going forward. Cant find any documentation other than how to set it up.
Also want to understand exactly the difference between IMAP integration to Zoho CRM and POP integration to Zoho CRM.
