I am trying to get started with Zoho projects. I believe I am "signed in" with a user name and password. The first thing it tells me to do is create a portal. There is a line that has http://projects.zoho.com/portal/ then it has a blank area for me to enter my new portal name. When I enter something here, and then click on the "Create New Portal" button, nothing happens. It simply clears the field and I'm still stuck on this page. I am stuck and I can't get ahold from anyone from Zoho. Has anyone run into this problem. I am simply trying to create an account and begin using Zoho Projects. BTW, I am a paying customer on Zoho CRM.
