Stuck with typo in email address for new unconfirmed user - now what do i do????

We have the Free Edition, which is limited to 3 users.

Yesterday I added the 3rd user, and the system automatically generated an invitation for him to log in.

However, I had made a typo in his email address, so he did not receive the invite, and his confirmation status is still "unconfirmed"

How in the world can I fix this?  He can't log in to do it himself.   And with the Free Edition his status is Active, and his profile is automatically Administrator, which I cannot change.  That means I cannot deactivate his user account.  

Nor can I edit his email address, so I appear to be stuck.  How in the world do I get out of this corner?
