For example, I have many Radio stations as Accounts. It would be very helpful, if I could have sub-categories under this Industry category, which would split them up into Australian, USA, UK Radio Stations. 

This would be particularly helpful for mass mailing contacts. For example, sometimes I will want to mail them all. While other times I only want to email Australian radio stations.
