Sub forms

Hi can you help.

I currently have to click add on the sub form and add the details manually. I already know when I want the sub form entry to be based on other criteria. Say I have 2 fields in the sub form. What script can I use on a field action in my main form to automatically click the "Add" on the sub form then fill in the 2 fields for me.
