Created two subfolders in my Inbox - very cool!  BUT.  I *cannot* open them.  I *need* to access the emails in those subfolders but nothing I do will open them.  I did find that by scrolling through "All Messages" in "Views" I can eventually find the email I need but what a PITA that is.  And having to do that sorta negates the advantage of having subfolders. 

 

Can only assume I'm doing something simple wrong - but what?!  Help, please.

 

Have written "Help" three times, no response, so y'all are my last resort.
