Upon conversion of a deal, I want to automatically add rows to my subform from my picklist values. I don't want to add all of them but about 15. One row for each unique value.

Currently when I convert a deal my sub form looks like this by default.

Then I press "Add Row" and select each of the unique values from my picklist in the "Document Name" field. (I don't need to prefill the other columns) and it looks like this:

So how do I make each of my deals automatically do this for me so that upon conversion it looks like this without any input from me? It would be BEST if I could select which values are prepopulated and not ALL unique values.
