Subform row with a lookup to another subform row in the same Main form

Hi All

Could you please point me in the direction of solution to solve this problem.

I have a Main form called Ingredients. Inside ingredients i have a sub form called units (standard subform linked to Units form) and another subform called Pricing (linked to Ingredient Pricing form).

Both units and Pricing have a lookup to the item being created. I would like the units lookup in the Pricing subform to only show units created in the subform of the main form (ie Linked to the current Ingredient). 

Can this be done?
