We are following your recommended approach for email migration and need clarification on how to proceed correctly.
Our intended migration approach is:
katja.migration@nellajanuttu.fikatja.migration@nellajanuttu.fi → katja@nellajanuttu.fiHowever, we are currently blocked at step 1.
When attempting to create the mailbox katja.migration@nellajanuttu.fi, Zoho requires OTP verification and sends the OTP email to the same new mailbox (katja.migration@nellajanuttu.fi), which does not yet exist or receive mail.
Because of this, we are unable to complete the mailbox creation.
Could you please advise one of the following:
