"Submit A Request" Zoho support area does not recognize my password.

"Submit A Request" Zoho support area does not recognize my password.

"Submit A Request" Zoho support area does not recognize my password.

Does the support area track support tickets by account email name?  When I try to "sign in" it does not recognize my email address.  Is there some other login account?  Are support tickets tracked by some other account?  Why?
