submitting data to ZOHO crm from PDF/HTML forms

submitting data to ZOHO crm from PDF/HTML forms

We filled out some forms with details (HTML ,PDF)
Now when we press on the submit button located at the bottom of the forms, we want that the data will be sent and inserted into the CRM system (data may be sent as XML).
Is this possible in ZOHO crm and how ?
