I just deactivated one of my users (Zoho CRM).  The Users & Permssions page shows 13 active users. The manage subscriptions (Subscription Details) shown 14 users + 1 mobile user. 

If I select Reduce subscription, I get a dropdown that let's me choose a number from 1 to 13. To eliminate 1 subscription, I should select 1?  Or do I select 13, for the number of subscriptions I want to keep?
