Our Zoho CRM enterprise trial has ended and we’re thinking to move to the paid subscription. Just 2 questions:
1. Does professional subscription cover the Email synchronisation feature? aka, when we send an email via Gmail, it will appear in Zoho CRM.
2. Currently we have 7 users in Zoho CRM, but only 2 active users are using it. We want to move these 2 users to the professional subscription. Do we need to remove the rest 5 users first, or we can leave them using the Free edition?
