Subtotal Report and Grand Totals
I would like to know how to create a report that is Grouped by Account Type and just shows the Sub Total of the Potentials for the Account Type and then at the bottom has the Grand Total of all of the Potentials. I do not want a listing of each potential. We have 12 Account Types set up. So my report would just have a list of 12 entries with at Sub Total Amount for each and the Grand Total at the bottom. To me this seems like a very simple report request. I have tried to create it by choosing Accounts and also selecting Potentials. I have grouped it by Account Type and have only added Account Type to the columns. Instead I get an individual listing of every potential and then it subtotals it on a yellow line for each industry type. So my report ends up being 4 pages long for a days totals instead of 1 single page. I only want the information on the yellow lines as well as the Grand Total. How can this be accomplished?
