Subtotals in pivot tables

Dear,

I have a pivot table where in the same column there are Expenses and Income. Everything is showing fine, and the Grand Total is correct.

My question would be: Is it possible to show subtotals for a group of rows, not for each of them, and then have the grand total also.

Example:

COST1 10$

COST2 10$
COST3 10$

COST4 10$

Subtotal COST: 40$

INC1 10$

INC2 10$

INC3 10$

Subtotal INC: 30$

Grand Total: 70$
