Suddenly Pop 3 (incoming) mail is not working

Hi!

We use Zoho at our work and I have several sales reps using the CRM.

At some point last night, all the users that have Zoho Mail setup with a specific domain lost the ability to connect via POP 3 to the mail server.

Nothing has changed on the email server itself, and it is not just one user experiencing the problem.

Error message says Zoho was unable to connect to the incoming server.
