suddenly unable to receive mail, sending still seems to work

I've been using zoho mail for my email account for almost a year now with not many issues

but suddenly i've been told that mail sent to my primary address on zoho is getting rejected

i'm using hover as my registrar and i think that i've prepared most of the settings as zoho requests on their many documentations

any ideas on what can be causing this?
