When you click on the sharing icon for a file that it is already shared, it does not show that it is currently shared.

For example, the enclosed jpg shows the Share Document window for a file that I already shared with the Education/Outreach group. Somehow, this interface should show that the file is already shared with that group. one option is to have, after each group's name, the sharing status in parenthesis, EG:
Board of Directors (not shared)
Education/Outreach (read-only)

Likewise, the Private Share tab should show a list of anyone you've shared it with that way.
