I have been using ZohoCRM for about one month now. I generally like it and find it to be very useful, although the learning curve is pretty steep.
A couple features I think would enhance the program considerably: 1. A place to upload documents and templates (not email templates) that are not associated with a particular lead, account or contact, such as Word documents, etc., for those contacts who wish to receive info by mail instead of email. 2. A simple way to generate the address information for a hard copy letter, also for those contacts who wish to receive info via mail rather than email. As near as I can figure, unless you do an export and mail merge - which is overkill for one or just several contacts - the address information has to be entered in the Word doc by hand.
