Suggestion for Zoho CRM Users who want Blackberry access

I sort of stumbled on this by accident so I thought I would share it with everyone. It is not perfect, but it dramatically improves Blackberry access to Zoho CRM.

The Solution is actually deceptively simple - DON'T USE THE BLACKBERRY BROWSER.

I found that Opera has a free mobile browser (Opera Mini) that works with all Zoho Mobile apps.

To download the Opera Mini browser use the Blackberry native browser to navigate to m.opera.com. Just follow the instructions to download Opera Mini (for FREE).

Once you have downloaded Opera Mini (be sure to give it "trusted application" status during the install) then use it to navigate to mobile.zoho.com. There you can log in to Zoho using your username and password.

Once you are logged in you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on CRM (beta). This will take you to a home page for the mobile version of CRM. There is a button in the upper right hand corner labeled "Go To". Clicking this will allow you to access all supported modules.
