Suggestions to make Zoho CRM more useful

I've looked for answers to the following issues in the Zoho CRM forums, but can't find solutions. Here's my Zoho wishlist:

I would like the date and time of each activity to be displayed, together with the name and phone number of the contact and the name of the account. (Events can't be associated with an account, only with a contact. I'd like to display the name of the account for EVERY activity.)

I would like to display all the activities I need to do for each day. (Events have a time, but tasks do not. Tasks have a "due date", but events do not). I want to display ALL these activities on a single screen, sorted by the date on which they need to be performed. This means I don't want to display the date and hour and minute each activity was modified (or if it must be displayed, at least move it to the far right side of the screen). I want the listing of each activity to display, in the first or second column, the date (and, if it's an event, the TIME) when it is to be performed!

I would like to display names of contacts in the same format (such as BILL JONES) on all screens. However, when I view my LIST of contacts, I want them alphabetized by last name. Right now, some names appear as BILL JONES and others as JONES BILL. If I set up the "display name" format as BILL JONES (i.e., by first name / last name), the contact list is alphabetized by first name. Who would ever want a business-contact list alphabetized by first name?  Furthermore, in my "activities" display, I now see the "related to" name listed as JONES BILL and the "contact" for the same activity as BILL JONES. This makes no sense to me.

I would like to display names of contacts with their titles and degrees, such as JOHN SMITH MD or DR JOHN SMITH. I've tried adding "custom fields", but can't find a way to include them in the name display. The only fields which can be displayed are evidently last name, first name, and salutation.

Account screen / open activities: I would like the name and phone number of the contact to be displayed. (Again, events can't be associated with an account, only with a contact.)
