Summary of emails, calls, notes, attachement in CRM
Hello,
Im using Zoho CRM.
Could you please let me know if it is possible to set up section of company description to show all notes, emails, attachments together, sorted according to date it was created? Now I have everything separated: sub-section of notes, sub-section of attachments and so on...
And what is the limit of space available for storing all contacts with attachment, reports etc.?
