Super Admin account not receiving email, but other users are?
I setup a new zoho account, and yes MX records are correct and propagated. I have checked on several tools as well as with SiteGround where my DNS is. I am sending test emails to my superadmin account and nothing.. However I send test emails to other user accounts in zoho and they are received.
Also, the superadmin is part of another group. If I email the group, the superadmin DOES receive that email.
So for some reason only email specifically to the superadmin is not goiing through.
Side note: if I also try to send a test email from my personal gmail account to the superadmin account IT WORKS.. but only from gmail. No other incoming mail is received.
