Super Admin account not receiving email, but other users are?

Super Admin account not receiving email, but other users are?

Help please! My main superadmin user account is not receiving emails.. but for some reason it is receiving gmail emails.

Also, all emails sent to other users in the same zoho org are being received fine.. For some reason only emails TO the superadmin email account are not coming through. Ive tested with several different test emails from different providers, such as a test invoice from my Stripe.com account. I get it when I send it to a different user, but i dont get it when it goes to the superadmin email account.
