Hence, when Zoho asked me a second time for Super Admin ID, I entered "timothy.lim@twentyfirsttech.com". I then went into the Settings menu and removed "shikhar.gupta@twentyfirsttech.com" from the allowed Log-In IDs so I could use it for myself.
However, now Zoho is claiming that the Super Admin ID "timothy.lim@twentyfirsttech.com" does not exist. This means that not only has that user lost control to his corporate email account, the company has also lost control of its Control Panel. Please help ASAP.
