I am the owner of certain domain which is associated with the Zoho Mail service. The current Super Admin is no longer in charge of the mail service administration, however he refuses to give up his roles and privileges.
Is there a way to change the Super Admin of Zoho Mail other than asking the Super Admin to do it (because this person refuses to do so)?
