The Super Admin in Zoho CRM is one master administrator for the entire organization's CRM. Furthermore, communication regarding billing and other financial transactions concerning Zoho is held with the Super Admin.

What is the difference between a Super Admin and an Admin?

The Super Admin is the user who purchases the Zoho CRM subscription on behalf of the organization, and is the owner of the account. Super Admin is at the top of hierarchy in profiles and has all the privileges of an administrator. They also have access to delete users and mark another admin as Super Admin.

An Admin also has all access privileges for the CRM account, but the licensing and subscription aspects of CRM software are held with Super Admin.
