Hello, i have a problem, my super admin account is dissabled, Im not receiving mails from some domains. In the control panel on user details tab the green light of status is off. I already add another MX record (The thirth one) a few days ago as I found in the forum but the problem is still going on.
My domain is "docuprinter.net" and my super admin is "iboada"
What can I do to solve this, any help with be great.
