Zoho HRMS/People is great application.  However there is one very impt area that is badly required.

When employees send request of any type, they should be able to see in one simple dashboard or screen all their different requests and their status: has it been approved, where is it pending, ..etc.

Similarly a manager of the company administration or services dept should be able to monitor all requests that hv been sent by employees and the corresponding status. This is required to be able to manage the ques and make sure that no HR request is left behind or forgotten.

Can some help us in developing these two simple dashboards or guide us on how can this be done?/
