My company is doing a test with your email service and started with the free version for evaluation with some elements of the company's management team.
So far I found a few negative points on your servive which are not significant, but I found one that is essential, the SUPPORT SERVICE.
From what I saw on your website you only have 24 hour support within 5 working days of the week (correct me if i'm wrong). This may cause us to not move forward for the paid service because we dont have guarantee of availability in weekend. Is there any plans to change the support service?
