Support and new CRM integration

We currently use Zoho Support and looking to purchase CRM and wanted to know if:-

  -          Can all the Account and Contact detail in Support be transferred to CRM?

  -          Can we then continue to use Support and start to use CRM as the main storage for Account and Contact data?

  -          Can Support Ticket data be viewed by my colleagues in CRM even if they are not registered Zoho Support users?
