Hi,
For the purpose of presenting Zoho Creator to a customer or employer, please answer these questions about support in paid Zoho Creator plans.
1) Is the support@zohocreator.com email account monitored, and issues responded to, 24 hours per day / 7 days per week, or only during specific time frames?
2) If 24/7 support is not standard, is it available for an additional fee?
3) Does Zoho have a goal "time to response" for new issues sent to support@zohocreator.com?
