Support multi lingual FAQs in SalesIQ ?
Hello there !
I tried a few months ago to integrate our knowledgebase inside our chat in salesIQ. It seemed to work fine but we realised only a few weeks later that you only integrate one language : the "master" language from the Zoho KB in zohoDesk. However it seems absolutly mandatory in this mondialization age to provide different languages to our customers inside the chat as well.
I'm testing the new salesIQ right now (by the way : it's GREAT, way better, your really improved ! ) and I hoped to see the feature. Is it possible and I didn't see it ? Or is it something coming soon ?
