Hi,

Currently, in Zoho People for employees, we can use “Total Experience,” which is a system field that can be an either total relevant experience” or “total experience (i.e. relevant + non-relevant)”.

But there is no way to have two different fields.

Currently, I have put a custom function that triggers when an employee is created or edited. This method considers the “Work Experience” tabular section and based on that calculates “total relevant experience”. But this is not a proper solution because I need to refresh the data every month.

Please provide a better solution for this.
