Hello,

I have bought the 10GB plan and I have some questions to Zoho Mail Support (some of these questions are important).

1- Have you a french support by email ?

2- IMPORTANT: I see that when I send email my login is displayed in the header of the mail, this is unprofessional : How I can HIDE or CUSTOMIZE this :

3- How much users/email box I can add "freely" in the 10 GB plan ?

4- What is the limit of emails sending per hour and per day ?

5- IMPORTANT: Can I forward one Alias email (only one) to another box ?

6- IMPORTANT: Can I hide the Alias emails to other contact of the organisation ?

7- Can you add the term [SPAM] in the probable emails spam ?

8- Can I have a password to access zoho and another password to access my email account ?

9- Can I add a CNAME in my domain to point to the portal ? (custom url portal with my own domain)

10- Can you add more space to add a custom logo ? (actual logo too small)

11- IMPORTANT: Is it normal that the access time to the pop/smtp server is approximately +30 seconds ?
