Support tickets logged into CRM

Support tickets logged into CRM

Hi,

I'm needing some help. I'm trying to have one point of information when it comes to client details, this being the CRM program. I have both the CRM and Support programs going on right now and I have figured out how to integrate them together except for bring  the ticket information back over in the CRM's history area.

I have tried everything I can think of but when I go to a client on the CRM and check under support history the ticket from Support doesn't show up.

Please help!
