We run training classes and afterwards we have a Workflow that sends the students a few emails over time.  Two of those emails are surveys (one right after the workshop and one that happens 90 days later).  Is there a way to have a reminder sent to the people that have NOT filled out a survey that was sent using the Workflow Rules?
