Suvey Submissions not visible in CRM

Suvey Submissions not visible in CRM

When my survey form is submitted the mapped CRM-Lead integrated fields populate correctly (except one - noted in seperate dedicated thread) 

However, the completed, sync'd FULL survey does not appear in the Zoho Survey section of the lead view.



Below is a snippet of the lead view which is entirely and successfully populated by data from the completed (unlisted) Survey



Is this a bug, or a setting I have overlooked?
