Switch/upgrade your telephony extension

Important notice regarding your telephony extension

For quality and security reasons, we began upgrading all our telephony extensions to their latest versions in July 2019. We then further deprecated the support functions for older versions of the below-listed extensions on March 31, 2020. We planned to make the extension non-operational by February 28, 2021, but we have now extended the deadline to March 31, 2021. After this date, all older versions of the extension will become non-operational.

2. Sipgate

3. Ring.io

4. Asterisk 1.4

5. Elastix 1.6

6. Avaya

Please ensure that you are using the latest versions of the above telephony extensions. If you can't find the latest version of the extension you're using, we request that you choose from the variety of telephony extensions we have on Zoho Marketplace, which will provide all the existing features of the extension you're currently using. We strongly suggest you change the extension before March 31, 2021, to ensure uninterrupted services and avoid any kind of data loss.
